Job Description

• Create applications in GTM/SAP. • Create commercial invoices, proformas according business requirements. • Create credit, debits and accruals according business requirements. • Save commercial invoices, proformas, credit and debits properly for audit purpose. • Posting of vendors invoices. • Experience in port agents DA settlements • Issuance of insurance certificate. • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety procedures and regulations - Degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field. - Desirable minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Management, Logistics or related field. Experience in freight settlements would be a distinct advantage. - Advanced in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Spanish would be a definite advantage. - Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office).
