• A post graduate qualification in HR with an experience of 5-8 years in Global HR Shared Service role • 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits– specifically Benchmarking, Job Evaluation, Compensation Reviews, Offer Support • Demonstrates a systematic work approach, shows attention to detail and excellent analytical skills • Provides clear and consistent information, uses appropriate approach when interacting with different customer groups, attends to messages from others, correctly interprets them and responds appropriately • Continually re-assesses priorities and allocates time accordingly, understands and complies with deadlines • Anticipates, listens and responds appropriately to client’s requests ensuring a high quality of the service pro-actively delivered • Demonstrates sensitivity in dealing with confidential, personal data • Cooperates and collaborates easily with colleagues inside HR as well as with colleagues in internal & external service groups • Performs effectively under pressure • Able to adjust communication and own behavior when dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures • Should be flexible to work in different time zones • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team – high-learning agility
