Strong background in shared services, project management, service management and governance Experience with service performance & reporting/analytics, including metrics, performance reporting Ability to apply insights on service management to evaluate organization performance and provide opportunities for improvement Strong Background in Project Financial Reporting, Cost Management, Contract Management Experience in governing portfolios of complex transformation programs Expert in analyzing complex financial business cases and in managing vendor relationships and contracts 5+ years in a corporate Project & Financial Management (outsourcing / offshoring service industry preferred) Previous experience in a similar PMO role within financial services will be beneficial Experience leading projects or working as part of a project team, and ability to work in a global environment Ability to drive discussion with project leads and other senior members of the organization to establish clarity on requirements and deliverables Quick to identify and communicate risks and develop mitigation plans Ability to operate across multiple programs, business areas, and portfolios
