We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Engineer Sales Applications (m/f)
As a Support Engineer Sales Applications, you make sure that all tickets are acknowledged, classified and actioned, in close collaboration with different stakeholders such as business partners, product management, developers and quality assurance engineers.
The key aspects of your work are capturing demand for incident resolution and service requests as well as assistance in assuring high quality standards of our products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PLSQL
Incident management:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, prioritize and resolve application incidents according to customer expectations.
compose clear, concise, descriptive bug reports.
Service request management:
Access management
Feedback
Database exports/imports
Dispatching of tickets
Knowledge management
Analyze, identify and capture optimization possibilities in applications and support processes
Contribution to data quality and usability of applications
Collaboration with Product Management, Developers, Quality Assurance Team and Business Partners
Understanding business priorities.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· High level of English (spoken and written)
· Creative problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Target-oriented, structured, self-dependent and proactive way of work and good ability for abstract thinking
· Strong team player with high level of commitment and motivation
· Good time management skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· High empathy and emotional intelligence
· Oracle database and SQL knowledge
· At least 2 years of experience as support engineer
· Interest in the sales processes of global enterprises
· Technical education (university) or similar practical experience
· Atlassian product knowledge like Jira and Confluence
· Agile methods in software development and SCRUM knowledge
· ITIL framework knowledge.
